Hey.... all you guys and their women that came to the North Dallas Herf last year, hosted by Mr. Bill Wheelrite

Any interest in getting together again this year?

I should be in the Dallas area again at the end of October.

It would be good to get together again this year, maybe at some place that doesn't have loud live music and doesn't cost me $160 for a meal and a couple of scotches! Heheh... BigGrin

There is a bbq joint called Ten50 BBQ in Richardson. Hwy 75 and Arapaho. Just north of Dallas.
Across the parking lot is Calypso cigar lounge. Brand new location for them. Stopped in Friday. Place is huge, clean and stocked. They also, have a full bar. I'll stop in again this week and get more details on hosting a herf.

Just a note... I'll be flying out on the 28th.

So, if it works out that the weekend of the 29th is best for everybody... well, then no prob... I can catch up next year.

Dont base the dates on me. I didn't make it last year so I'll come if I can but I definitely am not the date setter...

edit: I can possibly change dates with the ex so I can possibly make it whenever...

Ok.. everybody stand by... I have a friend who lives in Plano that might be willing to host a herf.
I always visit him and his family when I'm in town.
He can grill up some awesome ribs, and steaks, and chicken.
I'm gonna send him an email today.
The best time for me will be the weekend of Oct 21 - 23.

I would personally prefer a venue like this over a loud, crowded bar scene... But that's just me.

I'll be there on Saturday, October 22, 2016 near Legacy and Preston in Plano, south east quadrant.

I'll send the exact address and contact info when I get the list. Also, my friend will provide pretty much everything. You could bring anything special, like, oh.. some Macallan 18 if you want. ;-) ... and, of course, some cigars.
My friend might not request it, but I'll put up a donation jar to pitch in to.
