So, if I'm annoying anybody with the railroad spike stuff, let me know. I just like sharing my work, and you folks are the only people I know who care about ashtrays at all! This should be the last one for a while, but who knows if I'll get another wild hair and make something new. Jeferris mentioned the CAO Cubist tray and I'm trying to figure out how to weld up a steel version of that....

Knocked this out today, it is intended to be given to Mike Ditka. I have a few friends headed to the RNC next week, Ditka is supposed to be there and they're friends with Ditka. Hopefully all goes well and I hear something good from Iron Mike!

Gonna have to let my wife check out your site. Don't know if it's "her" but she will know.

Did a google search on 'missing railroad spikes'... BigGrin

There's a lot of cool stuff out there.

And, this too...

Safety first!

All the spikes I use are already decommissioned before I get anywhere near them. No taking them off the track for me!
