Tomorrow is the 4th Annual EXTORTION ONE SEVEN Memorial Poker Run my late best friend and I have been putting on for, well, four years now. August 6th also happens to be his birthday, so we claimed the date back from Taliban scumbags by honoring the SEALs, EOD techs and support personnel on the mission by doing a fundraiser. 100% of the proceeds go to the Navy SEAL Foundation and EOD Warrior Foundation, two great veterans' charities.
The local shpo (Liberty Tobacco, if that's ok) has supported with various donations over the years, but the new FDA rules made them a little gun shy. So I had to "purchase" some cigars and they would custom label them and throw in some swag.
60 custom labeled house cigars (I think they are pretty good mild Churchills-gonna ash one this afternoon), 50 logo lighters, some boxes of matches. I've made three bags of ten with an Undercrown robusto kicker to raffle off and will put a few out with another lighter for a donation each.
