Do you know what mundane means?

I never said, implied or otherwise stated that the 2nd amendment was mundane and yes I do know what the word means. On the other hand, you referred to a post made by someone else and tried to make it sound as though I made that remark in reference to the 2nd amendment. Nothing like trying to muddy the water when you're irrelevant. You're a real class act bandy, keep it up.

I try to do my part while floating in a sea of idiocy.
BTW, you'd better be glad that I do have control of how much class I choose to display.

And the fact that Daley rigged the Chicago polls to propel Kennedy to the white house proves that voter fraud is a non-issue.

The glove don't fit you must acquit.

I agree. If the court does not find foul play then there is no foul play.

Banberl,
Never proven?
Dead people voted.
Maybe you can't prove it was Daley, but fraud DID occur. And that's what we're talking about.

That's because your not really looking at the issue.

They are making the poor and elderly go to the trouble of keeping a government ID current every voting cycle.

So you tell me, if your name is on the registered voter list - which you have to be to vote - why is your birth cirtificate not good enough? Or an expired driver license if you happen to be 80 years old and don't drive?

How do they have a bank account or receive their Social Security check or disability check?

What good is it to require photo ID's to vote (buy a gun, etc...) if you don't have a database with everyone's info & picture in it to match up with the photo ID?Beer

It's funny.. you hear about voter fraud almost everyday but some insist it's no big deal... a few frauds here, a few frauds there.. not enough to worry about apparently... how many frauds go unnoticed and not reported I wonder.. Think

Me. None. But if you are going to go to the trouble to commit voter fraud you may go ahead and establish a network of fake ID's, etc... to affect the outcome in tight districts in key states and precincts. That would be how you should rig an election. Or you could just be the one counting the votes. fog

I don't think people would go to the trouble of creating a fake ID network... therefore killing the fraud.. Mellow

Well in Texas the circuit courts have ruled these voter laws - meant to "protect us" - are "openly discriminatory" have are reversing them.

But we all know Texas is full of Liberals.........

Say - anyone have a linked to a recent story where voter fraud was an issue in an actual election? I mean vote machine tampering, sure - but fake ID's a problem? No, not really....

Why do you libs think black people aren't capable of getting an ID? Is it because you think they're too lazy?

Is it because you think they're too stupid?

What is it that makes you libs think it's too difficult for black people to get ID's? Talk about racism...

It is quite commonplace and I read a recent article about fraud during voter registration.
Not an election per se, but the end result is the same.

We can debate whether fraud has an impact on real elections, but if you're actually questioning the existence of fraud to begin with then you've obviously chosen to end an opportunity for an actual adult conversation.

Dozens of ineligible aliens who have been removed from the voter rolls in the city of Philadelphia, Pa., have cast ballots in recent elections, according to a new report from an election watchdog group.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an Indiana-based nonprofit that litigates to protect election integrity, released a report on Tuesday detailing voter rolls in Philadelphia. The information was collected from public records requests made through the National Voter Registration Act.

The group found that from 2013 to 2015, 86 registrations were cancelled in Philadelphia because the registrant was not a United States citizen. Of the cancelled registrants, 40 aliens from the city have voted in at least one election, the report stated.

“The report only details aliens who requested to be removed from the rolls,” PILF said. “No procedure exists to systematically scan voter rolls to detect aliens and election officials do not use data from the federal SAVE (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) database to scan for illegal registrations by non-citizens.”

The group also discovered thousands of felons remain on the voter rolls despite having to be removed once incarcerated.
