It's how he tries to lull you into a false sense of security before he shoots you for noncompliance

There's one in the spotlight, he don't look right to me,
Get him up against the wall!
That one looks Jewish!
And that one's a coon!
Who let all of this riff-raff into the room?
There's one smoking a joint,
And another with spots!
If I had my way,
I'd have all of you shot..!! Mellow

The way I see it is . . .
There are two reasons why minorities run from the police.

#1
They are guilty of SOMETHING, whether it be a crime committed, or they have something illegal in their car, etc., and don't want to go to jail.
(BACK to jail in some cases.)

#2
They have done NOTHING wrong, but are afraid of getting their azzes kicked, regardless of their innocence.
(Yes, there ARE bad cops out there.)

In EITHER case, my question is . . . Is it really worth it to run away KNOWING your chances of getting shot are HUGE ?

I think I would rather just comply with the officers commands and take my chances on getting an asswhooping.

And if i may just add this . . . If you pull a weapon on a police officer, you SHOULD be shot !

so far.. but Sharpton hasn't arrived yet... The Tulsa police and mayors office are as transparent as can be on this one... The family did request no violence....

And it seems they found a vile of PCP in the truck.. I haven't heard a toxicology report tho.. I wondered why he was parked in the middle of the road... even if he broke down, why park the truck in the middle of the road..?? Think

Surely possible if Baltimore is any indication.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin released a statement saying she hopes the charges provide “some peace to the Crutcher family and the people of Tulsa.” The statement also urges the public to remain patient and remember that officer Shelby is innocent until proven guilty.

One can only wonder if the officer was charged simply to calm the masses.

If footage shows him ignoring lawful officer commands and reaching into his hands or his car it's highly likely she will be exonerated as she should be. It only takes one or two jurors to return a not guilty verdict.

Good point. Which is all the more reason for elected officials to with hold commentary since the facts aren't clear. Of course the propaganda media will spin it as it sees fit.

she made a bad call.. no doubt.. but she felt threatened and has stated she's never been that scared in her life... which gets us back to, why was he messing with someone who was pointing a gun at him..?? The big bad dude could have deescalated the situation by just complying.. now he's dead and a cop is going down... Mellow

It truly amazes me how people who have absolutely no law enforcement nor any other relevant training can watch crappy videos which show bits and pieces of an incident then proclaim someone's guilt.

On the other hand I have absolutely no problem jailing a LEO who commits murder.

Can they test for PCP..?? How long does it stay in the blood..?? I'm still trying to figure why this dude was parked in the middle of the road out of his truck... Hood wasn't popped open.. He was apparently acting irrational.. or was that just because a woman authority figure approached him..?? It'll all come out soon prolly.. hopefully.. Mellow

Almost as amazing as when a guy in a helicopter is able to simply look down at a black guy and quickly ascertain that he is a "bad dude"...

Nothing amazing about it. Military and LEO use a lot of the same jargon. Very easy for the public to misunderstand. Also, it give the activist a bone to chew on. Both use the term "bad" and "good" but, not in the same context you may think. Good guy means someone wearing the same uniform or in the case of law enforcement a LEO. Bad guy means the other side or a suspect.

so in that context, what made Terence Crutcher so obviously a "bad guy"? his car being broken down?

It's a knife that cuts both ways...

you see it as amazing when non-LEO jump to conclusions on an officers guilt...

I see it as amazing when LEO jump to conclusions on a citizens guilt...

It's just an amazing world we live in...

I wasn't trying to offend and no offense taken .

Ok I am offended at being called a typical democrat after after 2 statements that would oppose gun control .lol

I've saw to many crooked cops get supported by their brothers in blue ( or brown, green, ect) . I'm also tired of my rights being eroded . All while the left and the right divide us with little things .

I've also had some experience with police corruption, collision and omertà in the last year or two. I was nieve before. Nothing bad came of it to me but my eyes have been opened.

When they are so sure they are right and the good guys the rules go out the window and are just a nusaince. The problem is when they are not really right.
