Never had any Don Pepin Garcia, just wanting to see if anyone has had these and their thoughts. Thanks.

been a number of years, but they are better than decent -- $4/per to try a respected cigar by a respected blender....what's the hesitation?

Thanks, the description sounded like something I would like, but I trust the opinion of this group over what I can find on Google.

Buy a bunch of them and put some away for a few years. I had one that was aged about 6-7 years, sent by the wombat, that was amazingly good. Keep in mind that each year's crop of tobaccos that go into the cigar may have some minor variations...so results could vary. Serie JJ and Blues are higher priced, also good.

Luke they are cheapish. They age well, and are tasty fresh. Buy a box or 2. Robusto is where is at imo.

Thanks to everyone for the input. A robusto box is what I was looking at.

Pull the trigger lad. Don Pepin is one of the most accomplished benders in the business. AFA, the cigars in question, I'm smoked a couple bales worth of them. Used to buy a few 10e'rs a week before I all but stopped smoking. The longer they aged, the better they tasted.

Buy some, send them to me for further testing.
I will report back later.

They're fair. Better if you can get them cheap.

I like em, but you can often get the Blues for $4 a stick which is terrific value.
