Recently learned they opened a new place on Cape Cod. Gonna have to make the trek.

Years ago I was able to get (most of) a case to trade for Cubans with KPP out in Washington State.
At that time the release was "rated" among a handful of the top beers in the world! I found it very pine-y and I liked it more then than I imagine I would today.

Now, if you can pull off getting anything from Hill Farmstead (maybe Greensboro VT?) that would make you the true Triple Crown winner of New England's most coveted. I gave up years ago.

I get the Connecticut connection to Tree House but The Alchemist is pretty far up into Vermont.

He sent me this one a couple years ago: Hill Farmstead - Twilight of the Idols - as I remember it was a barrel aged porter but I don't remember it being a favorite. I have had many from Burlington Beer which is also up in that area.

5.7% abv, bitterness not listed but I'd say moderate cuz I really enjoyed this. had the juicy factor without the cloying pineapple or citrus
