7226 Victory fizzy biizness brut IPA
Teasingly tropical with a dry finish. Very nice but Can't say it pairs well with a DBL though. I think it'd be better with a Monte Cristo white or similar Connecticut

7227 - Jester King DOOMFORGE coffee stout
It was 10%abv and tasted like cold brew coffee. :)

A brown lager with brett added to the ferment. That **** was the bonb. Absolutely one of the best beer I ever drank.

Awesome smooth drinking ale with the perfect amount of bite

If yall dont know about jester king they're the best brewery in Texas if not the US. Every release has been a hit.

The RMCF is on "The List" but got pushed back 'cause one of the guys isn't retired yet and our other classmate decided to continue working PT. We're still thinking of doing a Bourbon Trail / RMCF trip but dunno what year. It's also gonna be a guys only trip so gotta make sure we soothe our way into it. Fo' sure we wanna do it no later than 2022.
