I was told it will be processed this week.
I won the bid last weekend and shipping frequency is set for shipping after

I don't know how many pieces of the culprit who pushed the update they will find. I cannot imagine the phone call from She Who Must Be Obeyed after the update unraveled. Hope their business interruption insurance is paid up because they will need it. At some point in time they would be better off starting over from scratch.
I feel for the CS group. They could use a prayer or three about now.

The problem i have is how cigarbid.com and Cigar internationals customers are being treated.

If you are have problems shipping .... POST IT

If your IT department are incompetents .... POST IT

Answer the phone ..... !!!!


Answer the emails ....!!!!! . dont just leave us out to dry ........


I haven't received my order since 2/10 .... I had to order from famous and JR ... I hate doing that

Seriously??? It's not life or death it's not insulin for **** sake.


I don't have a big inventory, 2 humidors and a medium sized cooler and I could smoke very well for atleast the next 24 months. The whining...... constant whining I hope they fix this soon so it will end.

I called last week to see where my shipments were and the rep said they moved to a new system so cigars that i thought were already billed were not transferred over. My choices were either to cancel the orders or re-create them, ..i chose the latter.

I have some orders now that are pending and when i tried calling i get a fast busy. anybody know what's up with that??

they have 3 retail locations which were told to order more in the beginning of the month .....

I ordered 2 weeks ago and order will arrive tomorrow. The system transfer really hosed them it seems. I think it's a hiccup and they are inundated. Call if you are unsure. I was able to get through 30 minutes ago.
