No shipping updates or any emails.
I know a couple things about databases and losing my orders, when they are supposed be on backup, is a bit disconcerting.

Just placed an order with CI. A bright red notice came up indicating they are having some shipping issues that are being resolved. So for those of you waiting, just be patient. I have 4 ordes tied up with Cigarbid and CI. Ive called both companies which as we all know are linked together on the status of my smokes. No repleys to emails and cant get through on phone.
Both have taken money out of my account but nothing has shipped. Ive gotten the "we are sorry and are working to resovle the Bug..." Blah Blah emails still no smokes. WTF???
If they gave us a discount or a free 5 pk to apologize for the massive screw up I'd stay with them.
