We are not defending the screw-up. Management and IT wet the bed.........a dozen times......before deciding to change the sheets..........and then promptly crapped the bed again.
Problem is, too many chitheads are lambasting the poor ladies in CS who had NOTHING to do with this catastrophic meltdown. They (CS) have to try and untangle this utter clusterfuq while listening to screechy beetches crying cause their Ron Mexicos are "lost" somewhere.
Give them time. They will ultimately make it right.
And no, I'm not defending cbid...........I've probably been more critical of management and the IT group than anyone here.
