I was told others have been getting misdirected that were placed by filthy noobs.

So I have to ask... Where's mine?!?!?!

I didn't receive my order..............

But I didn't place an order.

That being said I never understood why everyone here always went all group think and trolls people having customer service issues. I like the cbid cs team that interacts on this site as well but often times these folks posting have a legitimate beef. Especially now when no one can get through on the number... In my book that sure doesn't make them cry babies, whiners, or whatever other undesirable labels are being applied. If I had placed an order, I'd be livid as well.

I do not disagree with your take Nick...I actually think the CS team who have always had the time to " monitor / moderate an adult cigar forum " didn't take the time to start a thread addressing their issues / problems etc. and continued updates.....thus giving all of these folks ONE THREAD to air their legitimate complaints and get updates.

We've become accustomed to this little corner and consider it home. In reality, we're just a little sideshow to the main tent, where selling, buying and shipping cigars is the focus, and most customers have no clue nor do they gaf about us. Those who come here to complain have legitimate reasons to, and our reaction to them is STFU...so we'll always be a tiny sideshow in a little corner...

2/10 was a bad day
it seems everyone who is waiting on dog rockets has an order that was "supposed to ship on" that day

I'm good with that. The complainers don't care about us, we don't care about them, the order of the universe maintains stability and all are happy... well, except for the complainers that is ;)

If you didn't care act would you order it? If you didn't care, why would you take the time to even mention it! You know you're pissed that you didn't get your order just like everybody else! Trying to play cool for your buddies on the forum. You know you probably cried a little when you looked and saw your order stuck on processing!

I don't disagree with namadio, either... but we all frequent the forums, so we knew what was going on because we all spoke of the "banner" that advertised the shut down for upgrades.

Some folks obviously didn't pay attention to that banner, ignored it, missed it, or didn't put 2 and 2 together.

I also agree that CBid screwed the pooch by not putting up another "banner" to explain the snafu. If they had, they'd be dealing with a lot less phone calls, e-mails, and complaints... and we'd likely see a lot less threads complaining about the CS.

Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends
We're so glad you could attend
Come inside! Come inside!
There behind a glass is a real blade of grass
be careful as you pass.
Move along! Move along!
Come inside, the show's about to start
guaranteed to blow your head apart
Rest assured you'll get your money's worth
The greatest show in Heaven, Hell or Earth.
You've got to see the show, it's a dynamo.
You've got to see the show, it's rock and roll ....

Right before your eyes we pull laughter from the skies
And he laughs until he cries then he dies then he dies
Come inside the shows about to start
Guaranteed to blow your head apart
You gotta see the show
It's a dynamo
You gotta see the show
It's rock and roll
Soon the Gypsy Queen in a glaze of Vaseline
Will perform on guillotine
What a scene! What a scene!
Next upon the stand will you please extend a hand
to Alexander's Ragtime Band
Dixie land, Dixie land
Roll up! Roll up! Roll up!
See the show!
Performing on a stool we've a sight to make you drool
Seven virgins and a mule
Keep it cool. Keep it cool.
We would like it to be known the exhibits that were shown
were exclusively our own,
All our own. All our own.
Come and see the show! Come and see the show! Come and see the show!
See the show!

Love that......thanks, it's been a long time........I've got Brain Salad Surgery (the album) playing right now.....Listening to "Benny the Bouncer" at the moment.......I saw ELP in 1978 at the Springfield Mass. Civic Center....incredible show, still waiting and hoping for the flashbacks Applause

And, for the most part, if one came in, and asked in a genuinely respectful and adult manner about their order, they were given a decent response.
The trolling was reserved for the beetchy cry babies who threatened lawsuits, named other sites that they were now going to shop at exclusively because "they" never goofed up, wadded up their panties and screamed about how bad CS is here, etc.

In retrospect, we were too easy on a handful of those clowns.

If a banner can be put up to tell us to expect an outage. Can't a banner be put up to say the site is still foobar'd?

That simple thing would have cut out many of the complaints. That in itself would allow them to get more work done getting out orders.

This is crap situation management!

I have several orders in limbo. I haven't received anything since the beginning of February. My credit card has been charged and refunded several times. I did get shipped 2 cigars out an order of 150. My CC company cancelled my card because they said suspicious activity. I hope things get back to normal because my blinged out humidor is almost empty. Im so spoiled by cbid I refuse to buy for local cigar shop not to mention we pay and extra 5% cigar tax in addition to retail tax. Yes my orders are stuck in processing too. I'm being patient I just hope they don't process all 20 of my orders at once and hit me with an 1500$ bill.

Well, if that happens at least you'll have plenty of cigars to help drown your sorrows.

I placed an order that closed out 3/17/17, and it arrived today 3/14/17..........I received the 3 items I ordered and got a bonus.......Cigar.com 2oz Crystal Jar Humidifier.........Jar was not included on invoice and not listed on my order..........a gift? I don't know, but when I get something for nothing it makes me so happy. If it's free it's for me

Oh, I received my 2/10/17 order last week on 3/7/17

I don't have a problem with people asking, but when every single person starts their own thread it gets a bit ridiculous... just my opinion.

Foobar'd ???

I'm sure you're thinking of FUBARed ...

Well, either way, the banner you suggest would've been a problem since once the 'upgrade' was underway, there was a huge problem with the website ... adding your banner at that point would have been extremely problematic ... getting the upgrade problem fixed and getting back to business was rightly a higher priority than an explanatory banner ...

Yes, spell check and actually having foobar are the culprits.

I'm talking about a banner after they realized everything was busted. Then people would've known to place orders are their own risk.

You should have a beacon attached to your head so every time you come up with an idea like that it goes off and everyone know how dumb you are.
