I've been going through hell trying to talk to someone in customer service, might as well tried here.

2 lots closed on 3/9. Set for Wednesday shipping (should ship 3/15).

Support ticket opened on 3/13 about payment method, no response
Followed up 3/17, no response
Followed up 3/22, no response.

Email sent to customer service on 3/20, no response.
Followed up 3/22, no response.

Also have spent a total of 2 hours on hold (in 4 30-minute calls).

Is anyone home!?!

Nobody home. But, hang tight.

Cbid CS is usually top notch.

Give them time

I don't know what the issue is, but it's certainly a big one. Very out of character for them.

The staff hasn't been on the forums for a while. I'm assuming it's because everybody is busting ass to try to catch up. Might be because they're going under, but I highly doubt that.

I'm thinking when they tried the update, their automated system of receiving orders/ sending pick tickets/ packaging/shipping broke, and they're manually sending tickets which takes a lot of time. The incorrect return company name thread makes me think this is the case. Somebody screwed up and it's snowballed beyond the initial error.

Once they get the February snafus fixed they will jump right on to March snafus. Everything will probably be running smoothly by May.

Good sir, we here at CBID Customer Service are working as fast as we can to stuff cigars into boxes with puffy air filled plastic pillows and ship them off to you our valued customers. We understand your frustration with our recent system upgrade and the delays it has caused. Rest assured, you will be receiving your cigars soon, and as a thank you we are including a free box of Padron 1926 40th Anniversary torpedoes. Please accept our apologies and enjoy the complimentary cigars!

I hear they have everything packaged up and ready for shipment, tho they found out all the orders were messed up and none had the right cigars. They are going to ship them anyway and hope to have them all delivered on April 1.

That would be fine by me as long as they're good cigars and not the chit I actually won.
