True! It even affects your sleep. It would be an easier sell of we could get everyone to see the night sky in a remote location that has no light pollution.

For the environmentally and or cost conscious folks, lighting app the sky is a waste of costly energy.

I'm all for deflectors or shades over street lights and bill boards... and I heard the circus is going away so that's one less thing to worry about... Mellow

would getting rid of cell phones and notebooks and ipads help? When I'm out at night in crowded places, just about everyone out is looking at a light screen...

Hang on... when people talk about doing stuff to reduce air pollution the response is that "rolling coal" stuff...

So shouldn't we be going around our houses and offices turning all the lights on? Maybe walk around with LED strings around your shoulders?
