Morning, boys!

Had a great weekend. Went with my buddy up to his family's cabin in PA. Did some river fishing, smoked a couple CC's and a Malanio, had some beers, played poker and watched Waterboy on VHS (that was an experience...haha). Got shut out the first day fishing but then caught 3 rainbow trout and a small mouth yesterday. Also did really well in some BB gun shooting...bahaha. Good times, can't wait to go back in a month.

Did anyone see Kelly Olynyk having a 26 point day?

And Brad Stevens is either a brilliant friggin coach, or a magician. Give him a star or two on that team and see what happens. Wow.

me, I saw it.

Stevens is brilliant. The sum of the parts is greater than the total on this roster. They are loaded with guys who would be role players on better teams.

Getting players to buy into the system is all that coaches can do in today's NBA, especially if you don't have a Holy Trinity on your roster.

Kelly O is considered "soft", yet he saved his best game for after he was bulldozed to the floor by Oubre (sp?). I have to believe Stevens was in his head tonight and it worked.

Give Stevens a little more, and he'll be considered right up there with the best coaches in the league.

maybe if you know somebody...see if Jaime can have his mom do it...but, honestly, I'd be surprised if any of the good CS ladies of cbid stuck around...nothing indicated they were masochistic....sadistic, perhaps...with all that hammer talk....but, they'd have to be gluttons for punishment to be hanging around still

I don't like commercials much. I don't like the song Farmer in the Dell. I really don't like the concept that Exxon is trying to push about being 'Energy Farmers'.

But for now apparent reason that I can understand, I really like the song in their recent commercial. https://www.youtube.com/user/ExxonMobil

Does this mean we are all in charge of ourselves? Functioning by the unwritten rules of humanity? Destined for ruin?

Went to pick up a few groceries and when I pulled my wallet to get my credit card... it wasn't there.

Didn't panic. Used my debit card to pay, pulled up my account on my phone, and recalled the last time I used my card was Saturday, at the pizza place. Called 'em... they had it. d'oh!

computer died again, its toast this time. Bunch of blown and bulging caps on the motherboard.
Guess I'll be using this old mac for a bit.

In brighter (more gooder) news, my son went fishing on mother's day with a few friends. They caught 13 Wahoo and one Mahi. Had grilled hoo for dinner last night mmmmmmmm and beer of course. Beer

^I hate you. (joking... sorta)

Never landed a wahoo. Water usually not warm enough for them here in SD.

Well, that sucks for you guys in So. Cal. I've never fished your area. Fished Baja around Cabo San Lucas and San Jose, plenty of Wahoo around there. You should go if you haven't been there, its a hoot and you can get a charter for a reasonable fee. Almost guaranteed to catch multiple Marlin too!

Hope you guys have good fishing for your "fishin herf" I looked at the forecast sea conditions and it looks like smooth sailing. 4ft. @ 18 sec. interval, nice!

Good Luck!

Work was too boring.

Couldn't justify my staff numbers with the acuity so I sent a few people home, including myself. Had a senior staff nurse willing to take charge of the unit, so I left, gonna cover another night that was short instead.

Weather forecast still says clear skies, but the thunder and rain beg to differ.

Working on the camper while I wait for another project to get ready. Cut up some oak for a new LEGO shelf, waiting for the stain to dry to glue and staple together. Beats working...

Can't figure out how I want to mount the new fridge. I made some steel brackets to bolt the base to, but I don't think that will be enough considering the leverage a full fridge has going down the road. Might have to do some straps or something while in motion, and just remove at destination.
