Trump is feeling it. I'm ascared of a freak-out. It's not like he's the guy everyone rallies around when the stress kicks in.

I'm so confused... cnn says Comey helped effect the outcome of the election with the whole announcing the reopening of the investigation against clinton thing... he gets fired and cnn says that was trumps nuclear option on the russia probe... cnn is starting to seem like a drama queen...

I saw a headline yesterday that comey lied about huma forwarding emails to weiner... today he got fired... I assumed it was over that...

if comey was working to influence the election in trumps favor, isn't he the wrong guy for any investigation into trump? the current narrative being pushed by the media makes no sense...

don't think he worked to help Trump win, but there are sooo many around Trump with big money ties to Russia and therefore the much admired Putin...who knows where this may have led?

But we may have just gotten a clue, we'll see if a special prosecutor moves in.

I feel sorry for Sean Spicer...he's got the hardest job in DC; trying to explain wtf is going on with Trump. His deputy didn't do so hot yesterday...when asked about what the firing does to the Russian-connection 'investigation'...she essentially said "Russia? ..you guys are still harping about Russia.....Really, at this point, what difference does it make?"

Really the only difference between the Russian investigation into trump and the email investigation with Hillary is that we know for sure, without any wiggle room, Hillary broke the law...

He 'should' have been fired for the October announcement and for not arresting the Hillary criminal empire.

The October announcement was closer to interfering with a US election than anything the Russians ever hoped to do. It just happened to have a result with which I am very content, Hillary is NOT the POTUS.

I also don't believe that Trump's folks colluded with the Russians any more than Obama when he said he'd have more flexibility after his second election or when Secretary Hillary sold our uranium reservers to the Russians. All the Russians intended to do was undermine democracy to make themselves look good. Even NYT reporters on an NPR discussion felt the same way.

As much as I sympathize with Spicer....Rosenstein probably has the worst job in DC...at least until he gets fired (which will probably be in the next 60 days.)

...now, by firing Comey, Trump appears to support Clinton's argument that Comey screwed up and affected her chances of winning the Presidency...thanks President Trump, for actually trying to be bi-partisan and doing something some Dems demanded that you do when you were first elected...

...but why appoint as interim the dude who actually led the FBI's investigation of Clinton's emails? and doesn't this move put a taint on how you achieved the victory?

...of course, this has nothing to do with Comey's very public leadership of, and statements about, the FBI's investigation into whether there is a connection between people in Trump's campaign and Russian interference in the presidential election...right? With the DOJ already in Trump's pocket, and by appointing a loyalist to head the FBI, he can bag the FBI's Russian influence investigation, and contain the two investigatory agencies that discover evidence and provide it to the congressional committees...this kinda confirms there is a "there" there, but now we may never know, one way or the other...

...as our politics drift more to the Russian and banana republic style, many Americans are satisfied...
