RE: 447
My boat has two deep-cycle marine batteries. I have a selector switch that allows me to run #1, #2, both, or turn them off completely. I usually have it set to both when the engine is running to charge them both. When we stop and I cut the engine, it is smart to switch to one to run the electronics, so you have the other if that battery dies. When stored, it should always be off... otherwise battery drains.
In any case, I have a membership to TowBoatUS. If I go dead in the water I can get on channel 16 and let the coast guard know and have a tow boat get us back. $130 a year seems like a smart investment since my insurance will only pay $300 and a tow can cost $1,000 easy if you’re far out.

Plus living expense stipend of 250/week. They have one more opening. She said how bout I drag my camper up, we share it and live in a campground for stupid cheap (compared to short term housing) and pocket the extra grand a month.

weeks one through about five would be great....come week six, if there's little talk about renewal, it'd get to be a bit nerve-wracking wondering about week 14

Sounds like your wife wants to get a job if she wants to tell you what work you can and can not take.

Afternoon folks, starting season 2 of " The Man in the High Castle", interesting series, loved by sum, hated by others.
Myself, very interesting concept.
Closing in on another 500, well done all.

I tried that show ram... it was a bit of a slow start. Didn't pursue it after that. Love most of Philip k ******'s books so that's unfortunate.
