i gave the lat zero and lat zero experimental a try a couple years ago thinking they may be diamonds in the rough
they were only rough
i retried them at 1 and 2 years - still only rough
i will not be trying the excursion

I actually LIKE the regular LAT ZEROs. Not bad for a $3 smoke.
(See . . . I'm NOT an elitist !)
Have not tried the Excursion.

the reviews i read before purchase made me think i would like them as well
it seemed like pretty much everyone did
but for me the 1st 3rd is musty dirt
not earth, just dirt - like wet, rotting leaves dirt with a hint of urine
i have tossed more of them then i have finished
i have even sent a few out and havent gotten many thank yous


i guess i will give them one more go as i still have about 6 left

I've tried the Tortas - decent yard gar but a bit on the strong side. Have some regulars and some experimentals to try yet. I may have smoked an experimenal a while ago and thought it was OK.

Just because it's rated 90 doesn't mean it's good. I've smoked a lot of 90 rated cigars that are trash.

na, I rated it. for the right price it's as good as any of the other slightly above average maduros around here like 5 Vegas Triple A, AB Tempus Maduro, MOW Phalanx or Skull Crusher. What you'd expect for under $4. Herfing
