Rehab hurts, but you gotta push the pain threshold. You'll heal better if you do.

Can't sleep again today.

Got an hour yesterday, worked all night, did things at home till noon and then slept till 1... dozed off again around 230 and woke up at 3.

Back to work in 2 hours.

Dan,
Have you tried melatonin??

It really helps when your circadian rhythms are all f'ed up from crazy work schedules like I believe you have?

Start with a low dose, sublingual. I buy 3mg tablets and split them in half and that really helps me.
I don't use it all the time because it's a hormone and you need to be careful, but it does wonders helping me when I have trouble sleeping. I have a kinda crazy work schedule too.

Made me crazy manic.

Didn't sleep for about 50 hours first time I tried it (10mg)

Second time took half. I went crazy again, and didn't sleep for about 40 hours.

That stuffs like meth to me.

Benadryl is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it works too well, sometimes it does nothing but fog my head.

Flexeril works, but I need about 12-16 hours to sleep and recover from taking it.

Nyquil usually works well. But it's a gamble on whether or not I wake up with a hangover from it
