I think the sad truth is that whoever is the POTUS really doesn't impact the average citizen beyond regulations, taxes and potentially being sent to fight in some chit hole halfway around the world for some corporation's interest who got the POTUS elected in the first place. Trump is more of a symptom of the larger problem of American apathy and laziness in the public's participation in governing ourselves. fog

Sounds like something Barry himself would have said

Meanwhile we continue under THIS President to find out just how UNSAVORY the former Administration REALLY WAS.

I don't care who it sounds like. Are you good with the 58.2% voter turn out? To me that IS apathy and laziness.
If you don't like the candidates; run &/or support local candidates who are better.

Well in all fairness Julian with the MEDIA telling voters EVERY DAY running up to the election that Hillary in the White House as our next POTUS....was a foregone conclusion. maybe too many actually trusted these sources ( why no one knows ) and simply didn't come out to vote.

I'm not the one complaining about turnout....

True. But then you'd be understating the impact a POTUS can make.

No doubt the increased revenue at Mara Lago, Trump Hotel, Bedminster GC, etc dwarfs the foregone presidential salary anyway
