When your smart phone craps out and you have 3 jobs in progress and 3 more all of which have to be completed by next Friday and you don't have any contact numbers because they are in the not so smart phone.

Man that sucks! I've had one android and one apple phone sh|t the bed, got a replacement and had it restored pretty quick. Get to the phone store or find a geek.

Now if you went all paranoid and turned all that stuff off, I hope you set up an alternative method.

It worked out ok. They replaced the glass. It's had a tiny crack near the top for months. Worked fine. Then suddenly the screen started to randomly lock on me. So I went by my friend's repair shop but he was out of town. Supposed to be back Monday. Then it started rebooting constantly and finally shut down completely

Yesterday afternoon, it rebooted in the middle of a conference call I was hosting. That was around 4:00PM. I found another shop a mile from my house. She tried to get it up, but it wouldn't. She told me to put it on the charger for an hour and see if it would work. It didn't so I dropped it off at 10:00 this morning. She had it fixed within an hour.

Dude I feel the pain. Had three shipments I had to have out the door overnighted today by seven and my phone died just as my boss sent me a text with a correction to the last user's home address. Wish people could learn that the address form for new hires doesn't mean "get it from HR" it means that we need the user's freakin address.
