So our friendly cabin burglar, who has stolen THOUSAND of $ of s#!t from our cabin, finally gets what he deserves!

My son who is a D. Sherriff, set up a trail cam inside the cabin. We got a bunch of pics of him walking in and out of the cabin wearin MY hunting clothes and Muck boots. He has been in prison 3 times making him an habitual offender.

The Co. Sherriff's and my son couldn't find him even though he lived right up the road in a trailer.

Today My son was coming back from getting Burgers and saw him sitting in his front yard drinking a beer with his sister, confronted him and called the investigator. he said he was en route.

He text back a few minutes later and said "in Custody. I couldn't have done it without your help".

Full ride = 25-Life as an Habitual Offender

He got what he deserves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the nuts first, then later in the face, if they don't bleed out.

Not really, @ least not based on this definition of entrapment.

From WIKI:

In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offence that the person would have otherwise been unlikely to commit.[1] It "is the conception and planning of an offence by an officer, and his procurement of its commission by one who would not have perpetrated it except for the trickery, persuasion or fraud of the officer."[2]

He'd done it before, they didn't IMHO doing anything to " induce him to commit the crime " they simply provided an avenue ( game cam ) to prove it was he who done it before ( 2-3 times ) and was back for more.

Good luck, I dunno if game cams can be submitted as evidence but I hope people stop stealing your stuff.

Give me a friggen break Paul, you are starting to sound like a snowflake. I was just screwing with FGM.

Or was I? Maybe FGM should not have had all of his stuff unattended in his own cabin. Kind of like shooting dove over bait.

Tell me about the trail camera....

How did you hide it?

Was it a "silent & infared NO FLASH" EXPENSIVE MODEL?

I have seen other cool cameras you can buy and stick into electrical sockets that look like phone chargers...

That's great news!!!
Good for you and your son...

What I don't get??? He lives sorta near you and robs you multiple times...then has the BALLS TO WEAR YOUR STOLEN CLOTHES IN PUBLIC???

WHAT AN IDIOT...

I guess he never heard ...
"Never **** wear you eat" or "don't steal in your own backyard"
