I have an opportunity to purchase a box of Behike 54's from 2010. I would like to get a collective estimate on what a fair price for these sticks might be. I know the seller and there is no issues with authenticity or how they've been stored. Thanks for the help.

That is maybe the toughest question for a box of cigars I have seen. Rare and aged I think most here know what they go for but Behike are on a different level now. Couple years ago they went for $300 a box on the 52s, now they are $750 if they can even be found. I would say pay what you feel comfortable paying for them and makes both parties happy.

About $1200-1300 for an intact 2010 box.

I’m pretty sure if Mr. Jones found an unopened box of Behikes on one of his dumpster dives it would be on craig’s List for a measly $1500, shipping included😜

Actually if I do purchase I probably will never set a single one of them on fire. I am considering them as an investment. The other option that might make me a buck would be selling singles to guys that want that once in a lifetime smoke.

For that kind of money the damn things better be able to give the best BJ and hand-jo on the planet. But, if a person makes that kind of cash and has it to do such with then go for it. You only live once.

Naaah, c'mon, you gotta try at least one! Even if it cuts into your profit margin, to have a whole box and not smoke one seems Krazee! (...see what I did there?...)

I don't think I could ever look at cigars as an investment.

I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

You'd be better off investing in stocks. LMAO.

I don't think this would be a good investment unless you were getting them for the right price. The right price was probably what he would have sold them for 3 years ago instead of now. If Behikes become available to the grey market vendors again I would expect prices to drop drastically which would be bad for your investment. Too risky and not enough ROI on these imho.

Yup. I had around 1,000 Havanas in my cabinet at one time. I may have 150 cigars right now. Been smoking them and not buying nearly as many as I used to.

Now isn't the time to invest in Behikes honestly. Production has been stopped for a while, and that is pushing prices higher on the secondary market. Production will start back up again, especially as some of the last couple of years good harvests finish the fermenting process and are ready to roll. Not saying you'd lose money, just the your ROI might not be as high short term.

I never bought for investment but I have some 52s bought for $28.50 years ago that I would be happy to sell for say $75? Hell, they were hard enough to smoke at the old price but at the prices they are going for now I can't bring myself to light one up.

I'm tight on cash right now, but if you wanted to trade one or two for $75 worth of other CC's shoot me a PM. I have a pretty good stash but I would like a special occasion cigar to have around when son #3 comes around later next year.
