Rough work week is now over. For a day. Back Wednesday.

Naptime, then gotta finish putting up trim in the bathroom/back hall and trim the window.

Wife's happy with the new bathroom. But now I have to start on the other bathroom, and have it finished by Christmas. Shouldn't be too bad since it's not a whole new bathroom where one didn't exist, just gotta tear out plaster, put up drywall, replace fixtures and drop in a tub surround. There is a soffit in there I need to remove too. Flourescent lights must have been a new thing when my house was built, that's all the fixtures that were in here - built in flourescents.

Turkey Day... I usually go to the little Subway shop in our little on-base snack bar.

The chow hall will be packed and chaotic....

But then, for supper... left overs at the chow hall!

That is my confusion, not anyone else’s.

And good luck at the store, Paul. Hope you’re able to get the items you want.

Dan, B-Burg is about four miles from us....we're in Avon, IN. their HQ is over on SE side of Indy.

Well I didn't get there early enough to get exactly what I wanted BUT did come away with a cpl gooduns nonetheless.
We did however get to sample many from the list of which they added a cpl more.

What I came away with:

Weller Antique 107 NCF 1.75 ml
Weller 12 Year Aged 750 ml

and a bottle of the new Beam Distiller Cut 5-6 year aged ( pretty good ) Beer

True Chris...packaging changed a Lil bit but everything else is suppose to remain unchanged. Well other than increased production to keep up with demand.

Frightening discovery this morning. Neither my wife nor my kids have ever heard or know anything about Stairway to Heaven. I have assimilated to their culture but they obviously have not assimilated to mine.

We're planning a move to Avon/Brownsburg/Plainfield/Danville area in the next year or so.

Pretty sure I went to a Big Red in Brownsburg a few months back on the way to Brown County State Park. Stopped in Brownsburg for a day and on the way in, around I-74 and Rt 267 stopped a few places, including a liquor store I think was called Big Red.

Could easily get work in Southport but I prefer Plainfield over Greenwood area. One of our former surgeons is head of CV surgery at Southport, so would be an easy move for me.

All the 24 hour stores on my drive home tonight were PACKED.

I stopped a Meijers to grab some bourbon and beer for tomorrow, and at 2340 still had a 10 minute wait in line for the self checkout.

Walmart was packed.

Local grocery chain has one 24 hr store, and the parking lot was FULL. Next door to Walmart. Was gonna stop for a few other things wife asked me to pickup, but I think I'll just run out at 0600. Gotta go to my firewood lady in the morning too.
