Ret. General Flynn, Trumps national security advisor, pleaded guilty of lying to the FBI about the Trump Campain working with the Russians.

When asked about this, Donald Trump replied “fake news...the Clintons....Benghazi....covfefe...”

so the Feds are gonna forgive a whole lot of other possible serious crimes Flynn committed: multiple violations of Foreign Agent Registration Act, conspiracy to commit felonies while working with Turkish govt who wanted a Turkish cleric/US resident returned forcibly...

Flynn was a top advisor to the Trump campaign from early on, so he has a lot of inside knowledge......Looks like the Special Counsel investigators/Mueller are expecting Flynn's help to nail the higher-ups in the Trump campaign: Trump Jr, Kushner......................and ..................Trump himself?


There's a drop in the number and decibel levels of people who still insist there was no connection between the Trump campaign and Russian interference to help Trump win the 2016 US Presidential election: but Trump still has a solid base that stands by him, for various reasons....kinda like how Alabama cons say they prefer a pedophile over a libtard...these people will back Trump even if he is found to have knowledge of conspiracy with the Russians during the elections and is proven to have obstructed justice. He was correct: Trump could shoot someone on 5th Ave and his supporters will love him...

Sadly, our political state of affairs and deep divisions between the right and the left has resulted in the fact that a disgraced GOP President would be preferable to any Dem president in the eyes of the cons...

We'll find out more soon... I'm just as curious as anyone else... But contact with the Russians after the election is fine and legal... Why he lied to Pence and the FBI is a mystery.. Mellow

It was Fox News' lead story on their website. I'm all for impeachment if they find something that warrants it.

I honestly don't want the cheeto king to be impeached... unfortunately both he and his followers (what follows a cheeto? Goldfish crackers?... kinda appropriate for the alt right) are so delusional that the narrative will be something like "Trump would have been the greatest president ever if only the cucks and deep state hadn't conspired to remove him from office"... narrative like that will allow the next moron who is as dumb or dumber than Trump to rally that base. We will just have a Trump v2.0 the next term.

The only way for us to actually pull out of this downward spiral is for a lesson to be learned. Trump needs to get his full 8 years in. Every dumb idea that pops into his pitiful little brain needs to impact those people who voted for him. If they don't feel betrayed and hurt and cheated by that moron by the end of 8 years we will have another just like him.

Yup. A certain group won’t beleive it until he directly confesses no matter the evidence. Some still won’t. They want to believe. At some point it was obvious but they wanted to beleive.

No I know how some in here think so let me help you out. No.... trump isn’t a professional cyclist. While he is a dope.... no I’m not talking about doping. I’m not even saying it’s a done deal or anything has been proven yet. It wasnt with Lance either.

What I am saying, is As the evidence mounts and the people around him drop like flies as they did around Lance there will be a certain number of people that will discount every domino because it’s their guy. With lance even semi-positive tests, evidence of tampering and cover up, and being surrounded by dopers including his closest friends, doctors, and teammates while repeatedly winning against incredible odds against proven dopers etc. wasn’t enough although it was obvious. I also remember a mentality of the investigation itself wasn’t even proper unless you already had proof of the end result. Then when even Lance (arrogant on Trumps level and never at fault) couldn’t deny it with a straight face he admitted it. Some still think he’s clean. They want to beleive.

Some want to beleive and will ignore or rationalize as the evidence mounts. This is the beginning not the end. At a minimum the investigation is justified. As things unfold, and I suspect they will, there will be deniers till the bitter end and beyond. I don’t know the end. Something stinks. In the end if there is no there there specific to trump I’ll be right in line saying so. At this point it doesn’t look good. So far we have 2 convictions and 2 (or is it 3?) indictments of folks intimately involved in a sitting presidents campaign. And it’s just the beginning.
