I know most of you don't give a shat about this cigar and will say if was garbage then and is probably garbage now. However Morro Castle used to be a decent $2per smoke by AJ Fernandez. The Churchill size was 7" x 50. The 3rd pic in the auction shows the original sizes of the original boxed blend. This current auction has the Churchill still in a box but at 7" x 54. Now this obviously isn't the original blend like the pics show. And this new batch is NOT sold at C.I. or Cigar.com.

You got a few decent cigars there RAH, none that I'd buy, but that don't mean chit.
But, you over paid on a few of those...........you know which ones.

Morro Castle..........a poor man's yard gar.......I've smoked a few years ago when they came in the "Clown Car" corona sampler...........remember those?
They were not bad...............but they were not good either....

What's with the deception?
Rah, you have been here long enough to know the answer to that question.

At one time I thought the Morro Castle was a decent smoke, but in the past year or so they don't seem anywhere near good. I still have some here and there in storage. I don't know if it's me, the cigars or if they lose it with age.

It seems to me that they are now peddling a maduro Morro Castle, so they may have changed size as well.

I dunno. Not convinced you're the original RAH.
Different writing style, a few other clues...what do you do for a living?

NOTHING!!!!! I've mellowed a bit. Realize this forum has way to many manchild drama queens. AND I seldom smoke Gurkha or Rocky Patel cigars any longer! Speak to the hand

ya, the Four Kicks, Monte Vintage, & Perdomo 20th. But I never tried them so I was wiling to go a little extra one time. If I like them I can get them at Cigar.com for $3.50 if they can't be had here for cheaper.

ya I guess. pathetic. Change sizes and even come out with a Maduro version and you can't offer up a new product pic. and does AJ Fernandez still make them? I mean they are going for a buck a stick all the time if I wanted to waste $20 but i have enough generic stuff on hand from Gran Habano, 5 Vegas, & Padilla and don't need any mo'.
