Tried 1 and it was craptastic at best. Burnt funny, flavors were dismal. Way better selection of cigars out there for that price. With all that said, buy 1. Just 1 and try for yourself. I know a few ppl that didnt like them but every person is different.

The only DE offering I've ever bought was a box of dirty rats which I still haven't smoked. That was at least a year or two ago; from what I hear you'll either like DE or hate it.

I've read, or heard that before.
But also read or heard that they need some rest at least.

So........when does an extended nap become aging.

Is aging anything over 2 years? 3?, 4?, 5?, or ??...........enquiring minds want to know.

In my cave anything that sits for over a week is considered aging just because I do not have the willpower to let um set that long. Nor do I know that I will be around to smoke um in 2 - how ever long years. I didnt buy all this chit just to let someone else enjoy them after I am dead. Piss on them, they can buy their own.

All my O.R. #9's are still awesome. I don't think they've changed much over the years one way or the other. They are just still yummy.

They sucked and that's my opinion. Yes i told you to try 1 so you coukd form your own opinion and not take others words on what is good or bad. Try ever cigar you can. I did and now i smoke a handful of brands mainly but i still try a new stick especially when i goto the local b & m.

If i were you, bust them open. Most of these ligas just become more mute in flavor. Ive had some that while had good enough flavor THAT pop they was gone.

Agreed. That's why I stopped buying ligas. I'd rather buy them fresh when I want them.

The original Pappy sticks that you can only get at the Pappy Co site are good. I tried the new one DE put out with the red band and it was Horrible. Noting about it was enjoyable! Pricey, harsh, bad burn, poor construction. If I were Pappy, I would ask for the name to be removed.

I still have a 1/2 box of the original LP Pigs from 2007 and I disagree with not ageing them - they seem to get much smoother and richer in flavor. Either that, or my taste buds progressively are getting worse as time goes by...

And I picked up a Pappy cigar, but haven't smoked it yet.
