I really need to work on letting grudges go lol.

lol, if you insist...

Basically went to an event to get some tenderloins for the Dink...

I got there an hour early, nobody told me I had to put my name on the list ( was there before people that did get tenderloins).

Someone finally comes and drags me out of the smoking room to put my name on the list (by that time there were like 5 in front of me).

So I was like, ok, they must be showing up soon.

They were like two hours late, so I was sitting there listening to tat fan bois talk about how they wanted to suck on Pete's Johnson (not really, but it did get annoying).

They were like, oh, he was probably partying all night, hahaha, completely ignoring how unprofessional it is to be 2 hours late to an event (they were acting like it was Ozzy or something... but Ozzy would have been on time).

Anyway, I sat there for 3 hours and didn't get any tenderloins because they only sold a few bundles of them, and I had sh17 to do, so I couldn't even hang out for a while at the event.

Then I leave, and I can feel the fan bois stares like I was committing a blasphemous act by not sitting around herfing with their demi-god.

What ever, I was done with it... certainly never going to a tatuaje event again now that I know what to expect. Total waste of time.

Too bad. My experience with Pete has been totally the opposite. Been to 3 very well run Tat events here and he's always been on time and very interactive with the attendees. Gladly signed boxes, took pictures (...just ask Mikey...), conversed, even poured me a glass of his wine. Maybe it helped that Janny Garcia was always at the events. Regardless, he's a good guy in my book.

It also helps that Pete has a soft spot for Hawaii. The manager of Fujioka's Wine Times and Pete go way back. As I understand it, Jason, the manager, took a chance on Tatuaje and was one of the early places in the Western region to carry the brand. As such, Hawaii got a pretty good supply of Tenderlions and Pork Chops last year. With such positive experiences, my friends and I look forward to next years event.

Cry Baby Cry
Waaaa! Someone's feelings where hurt, you could only buy one thing so you not only bought it but then gave most of them away! Waaaa! It's all Pete's fault. Waaaa!

Poor starfish! Had one bad experience so you're going to cry like a baby!

Typical video-game playing millennial mentality. Poor baby!

LMFAO, it's ok, I get it... you're a fan boi and you'll defend your idol to the death. I'm sure you would be one of those blow hards sitting there trying to climb on his dk if he told you to jump on.

... But for the record, buying one thing wasn't what pissed me off (I wasn't there for myself anyway), it was the being 2 hours late.

If he would have been on time we wouldn't even be having this conversation, and you wouldn't be able to show off your limited trolling capability.

I mean, if you want to talk hobbies, and the pinnacle of your skill set is hanging with a bunch of other uncoordinated balding fat guys in a pool hall on the side of a mountain drinking bud light, stroking a long hard stick, then you're probably barking up the wrong tree buddy...

Well, maybe it was a one off, and you are right, he did seem like a good guy when he was there. It's just a pet peve of mine when events don't start at their scheduled time (any event).

I certainly hope that the next event goes just as smooth as the last for you ;)

Anyway... haven't hearD back but i am hoping today. I know they were bought at an event last year so they are probably not the OR. I always get in trouble on here so I don't think I can list a price. Very fair price.

No worries. Iirc, at the event, Tenderlions were going for $12.50 per.

I'm no fanboy, but you have no idea what caused him to be late. Could have been a flat tire, a family or medical emergency,, etc. Maybe ypu should be upset with the B&M for running what you thought was a bad event instead of blaming the guy who makes the cigars. But your time is more important than any others, right?.

And you have to laugh at the attempted come back LOL. There aren'y any pool halls out here. I am far from being bald, But there are plenty of ski slopes for those in shape enough to handle the exercise and altitude. We watch out-of-shape video game playing millennial tourists like yourself gasp for air and seek treatment for altitude sickness every day. Remember, just because Mario is moving all over the screen doesn't mean your fat ass in the chair is getting any exercise. At least while playing pool you actually have to stand and walk around a table.
LOL. Bugsy sure is sensitive about his video games. Try playing pinball as part of your exercise routine. At least you have to stand to play.

Ain't this fun?

Dude... 2 fkin hours late, not 15 min, not 30, 2 FUGGIN HOURS!

B&M just kept saying he's almost here almost here almost here (etc)... so I'm pretty sure the excuse wasn't what you said, otherwise they would have just said the reason.

Pretty sure the real reason was drinking too heavily the night before.

And ya... you are a fan boi, you don't have to deny it.

Pinball... out of all that gibberish you just posted, Pinball? Really?

You're pretty salty about video games old man, what you didn't make the 1972 local pong team?

I'm sure you were a real pinball wizard though weren't you flippy. Only coordinated enough for a game that has 2 buttons.

That's what you struck me as though, a dude who just wouldn't let the 70's die... sitting there drinking telling war stories about the music and blahblahblahblah....

I mean I might be wrong about that... but you're old azz brought up pinball LMFAO.

You call me a fat, out of shape millennial (you met me dumb azz, did I look fat to you?)...

Actually going to the mountains soon, and I'm from Denver, so I can't say I've suffered from altitude sickness before...

As far as skiing goes, I'm sure the two guys next to you on the plane get happy when you're around.

And you keep calling me a millennial, I might not be as old as your "can't get out of the 70s" azz, but I'm not that young :P

And ya, this is fun, I can go back and forth with you all day about how dumb you are ;)
