Actually Pluto is fu@kin Goofy..........yep the world is upside down these days.Oh and I haven't been there since the weekend after boot camp in 1980.Back then when things were normal and Mickey was dicking Minnie.

By the way why doesn’t Chewbacca either wear pants or have junk?

I think he has junk, it's just covered by fur.

My wife and kids are going around that time for like 2 weeks... I just can't do 2 weeks. I said I would go for a few days, she's like... YOU CAN'T GO TO DISNEY WORLD FOR A FEW DAYS, YOU CAN"T SEE IT ALL.

I was like.. I don't care to see it all.

Anyway, she's going with a bunch of her family, they're all hardcore Disney fan's... I just can't do it, I just don't care about Disney all that much.

It was never on my list of to do's but all the grandkids will make this a blast. I've had some pointers from the guys at work and the best they could tell me is get the fast pass and plan all your time there or you'll walk around aimlessly.

I'll check Chewbacca's junk when we're there...... probably a vajayjay

It's not the size of the lightsaber that matters, but how you wield the Force. At least that's what Yoda says...

Take a live owl with you, Once in the park and you have a bunch of chidren around looking at the pretty live owl, Bash it on the ground, stomp it to death, then tell them... This was a reenactment of the true history of how Walt got his start and years later Disney world came to be. That way they chidrens get to learn something and then can enjoy the rest of their day and all the rides. They don't teach that there. I am sure they would be very appreciative for a real history lesson.

2nd the recommendation for the Fast Pass! Try to plan which rides you want before you actually get to the park.

Also consider the package with all meals included. The only thing you will need cash for is all the souvenirs you will buy.

Make your morning Character Breakfast reservations as soon as you can, and early in the morning (before the park opens if possible). The Crystal Palace is great. Also make your dinner reservations now. Ask if the restaurant at the top of Cinderella's Castle has any openings.

Ride the monorail and enjoy a Character Breakfast at Mickey's Cafe inside the Contemporary Resort.

See the Cirque du Soleil show "La Nouba"

Pack your own rain gear.

Have the kids faces engraved at the Epcot Center commemorating your trip. You can go online later and look-up where the engravings are displayed.

The kids might enjoy gathering signatures from the characters throughout the park, but do not get sucked into buying all the pins.

Pleasure Island is a lot of fun for the adults after the kids crash early!

There is so much to see. Do a lot of research beforehand. Congrats on the trip!

---

We where in Disney over 9/11. It was a very strange situation at the time. But we where fortunate in that the park was completely empty. We could sit on rides over and over without having to get off. There where no lines for a couple days.

As a resident of Florida...my family thanks you.

Please, two weeks is hardly enough. Stay later...come back. There's always something new opening.

You need to fast pass your favorite rides and make all dinner reservations about 6 months in advance.

Oh, and you also need to drink around the world at Epcot.

Cacman is spot on. Make your character breakfast reservations now.
We used to take our kids about every four or five years. Lots of good times.
The Mrs. is a superb planner. Plan very little for the day you travel except for getting situated and your passes for the week.
Get an early start each day at the park that opens earliest, plan your morning, lunch at he park or back at hotel, take a nap or pool time for 2 hours in the heat of the afternoon , then return to the parks with a plan for the evening including dinner. One or two parks are open later than the others each night.
Sleep, repeat. Rotate parks each day. After a week, revise your plan.
I have heard the all-inclusive meal plan is a good deal.
The last two times we went, we stayed in the park and bought the door to door package where they mail you a luggage ticket, you fly in and go directly to a waiting motor coach, they collect your bags and deliver to your rooms within two hours. Same thing for the trip home. Worth every cent.

Have a great time.

Blink

So far we have rooms on site and the deluxe meal plan. The families are getting together tomorrow to lay out what and when so we can make reservations now for June.

Keep the advise coming, looks like we need it.

don't want people spitting the gum on the streets and walkways?
I hate stepping on gum.
