What's up with everyone trying to convince me the new site sucks? Forum looks the same for me as it did before, don't know wtf they're talking about.

I've been really happy with the new features.
The ability to choose your own color, font size, layout is a nice touch...

And in the auctions section, being able to develop powerful search filters and create watchlists has been really great.

I don't know why everyone is complaining.

I have noticed that the only ones I see complaining mostly are some bunch of morons that has a 10+ year membership but making their first post now. I can't help but to laugh because I get the impression that these folks seem to think they feel they are so special and they think they should have been informed on the inner workings of CBID, How the business is run, why things are "Fixed", Where the company makes decisions of inner workings of the business. I see the "I spend 1k a year here so the girls should tell me every time they fart because its all about me and I am special"

I hate to break the news to em but if you think spending 1k a year makes you special lmaoooo keep being an idiot. One you are not the only one that spends that or MORE in a short time. Two the only way you will ever become that special in any company is if you OWN that company and maybe not even then. Last I do not pretend I know the inner workings nor do I want to know em well, other than the fact of wanting to shut these people up. It's not my business to know em. For all I know the change saved us from a super crash, they could have did it just because they think it's pretty though I seriously doubt that was the only reason. Either way I am fine with it and grateful that it's still here.

Its new, learn it or STFU and get off the pot. That's my thinking.

I'm willing to learn, tell me how to know when something I want is going to open that day so I don't have to constantly check the newly opened items. The brand list should show pending auctions so I know when to get in the system to place a bid.

Thats easy, Do you see an option anywhere to view "opening soon auctions, pending auctions, will be listed in 4 hours from your time and no one else's auctions, Check here because we know its all about you auctions etc?"

No? then guess what, either that option is no longer available, Not available yet, or isnt ever becoming available.

Now if you would like to cover all bases and make absolutely sure this is not an option because I have no clue. I will print it out for you so as to help

call this number 1-800-830-4590 and one of the great ladies will help you out because "THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THEY ARE THERE FOR!" also if you are kind to them they might even tell you why it's not an option if they have that info and if they feel you are indeed special enough to share why a company THAT YOU DO NOT OWN did such or is planning on doing such AND they might even put in a request for you to add that feature.

Now before I put my crayons away I will draw you one more picture. To answer this question

"tell me how to know when something I want is going to open that day so I don't have to constantly check the newly opened items."

First if I am not mistaken the shortest auction is one day which is "I think 24 hours" and "I think that is Quickies", At max you should only have to check once a day and not "Constantly" as you so well put it. Second if you should want to know prior to that I would say....

Work on your "reading the future skills or buy a Delorean and talk to Doc?" Blink

You don't have a way to view upcoming options, and a watchlist that emails you if anything you want is coming up for auction that day?

Huh...

If I do I don't use it, I just bid what I am willing to bid and If I get I get it. I like to go by the old acronym. "KISS"... Keep It Simple Stupid. Just one of them things due to current circumstances.

You also have time to sit around the house all day, watch new auctions and make asinine comments on the forum.

Some of us actually have other things to do and being able to check the new auctions before leaving for work in the morning, saving future auctions to a watch list and then logging in to the site to bid when they first open was helpful.

I was hoping someone on the forum or the powers that be could offer a solution, guess I was wrong because your comments amounted to nothing but

"this is my playground you are not welcome"

You are right I am so sorry, I know you work so hard and it so tough on you, Man If I had to work and check an auction once a day brother, I would be all to hell. Since I got nothing better to do and feel that the forums are my playground and dont welcome no one because well My whole life I ain't done nothing. But, it's not about me it's about you So let's get back to that.

so I will try and remedy this once more. Read this time please

Oh and last thing you are correct, I do not see the forums as Customer Service. For the majority of us yes you are correct this is our Playgrounds. If we wanted customer service we would make that phone call or even email them. But, Maybe I am wrong, lets see, 1000k+ members and mine is the only one that gave you the correct advice to call. Nope you are right my bad d'oh!

Um, why do you think anyone would do anything other than laugh at you? I must have missed the customer service category. I thought it meant Jacque offe. Don't go away mad, just go away.

It's really odd guys, I think my google is broke. I did a search on that name and all I get is a list of a bunch of Italian Emo clothes on pinterest with pictures. It made my head hurt.

Some of the new stuff with the new format kinda leaves me cold....

And then I heard on CNN that -everything- on the planet that seems askew is President Trump's fault...

So, now I'm like.. hmmmm... that sumbich! Or not? I'm conflicted.
