Senior WH secretary Rob Porter was forced to resign when his past cases of wife beating were made public. They were revealed at the beginning of the Trump Presidency during his application process to the FBI for a security clearance necessary for his job, which was not approved due to these incidents. Despite this background, the Trump administration kept him on.

Only when the details of his violence inflicted on his two former wives became public did the WH move to oust him....very grudgingly and with glowing statements about him and his work...

No explanation for the lack of oversight that allowed a man who could've been compromised to work at such a sensitive position at the President's side...bare mention of domestic violence from Kelly...no acknowledgement of the victims...

Trump's statements: this good man denies the allegations and insists he's innocent...well-wishes that he'll have a great career...

He only hit her once!

Some wife beater (can't get a security clearance) handling all of the orange imbecile's documents.
What could possibly go wrong?

Now we learn Porter was being considered for assistant chief of staff while the abuse was known to the administration.

more than 130 WH officials did not have full security clearances, as of Nov 2017...they have an "interim" clearance, meaning the WH will over-look questionable and potentially compromising details about the person's past...and give them access to the most confidential documents in the US intel community....does not look or sound good...

is Trump's administration playing fast and loose with our national security by continuing to hire only the best people?
