CNN: Trump lawyer paid personally out of his own pocket with his own money on his own with no Trump knowledge and no reimbursement.

Are we now chastising politicians for having extramarital affairs prior to being an elected official?

I keep losing track on what is offensive and what isn't.

What's next?
Is there a photograph of a young Donald Trump smoking a joint?

The horror.

LMAO, Tail you are correct. Only an idiot would mention what Clinton or Obama did as a defense for Trump. Did those events cause Trump to bang Stormy? I guess you both are mind readers. Since Lincoln was gay and all Trump must have been shagged by Kelly.

immediate and predictable Trump apologist deflections aside, are you defenders saying to go after him the same way as they did Bill Clinton?

Cuz what else would be a reason to mention him in this thread?

Did I ever once attack bill Clinton for having extramarital sex as a private citizen?

That's a stretch. Even by liberal standards.

And I'm not saying what Trump did was OK. I just want to know where the bar is being moved to. Again.

I agree, I don't care who Trump slept with before or after getting elected. Same with Clinton. WGAF

What is interesting is the blatant lies until it is untenable, and I do think it's pretty cool to have a personal lawyer who takes care of such things without you knowing while using their own personal money. That is awesome and seems completely plausible especially given the context of the continual lying to this point and the FEC implications LOL.

Stormy's going to get paid:
A manager for the porn star who was reportedly paid $130,000 by President Donald Trump's personal lawyer claims the agreement between the two is no longer valid.
Gina Rodriguez, a manager for Stephanie Clifford, who is also known as Stormy Daniels, said Wednesday that Clifford believes Michael Cohen voided the non-disclosure agreement with her by admitting he paid Clifford $130,000.
Rodriguez added: "Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story."
The Associated Press first reported Wednesday that Clifford now believes she is free to talk about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

In a statement released Tuesday night, Cohen said he paid Clifford in 2016, and claimed that the exchange was "lawful" and "not a campaign contribution expenditure by anyone."
Following the reports of Cohen's statement on Tuesday, as well as a story published by The Daily Beast this week regarding a book proposal by Cohen, Rodriguez told the Associated Press that Clifford now believes he violated the non-disclosure agreement.
Cohen reportedly set up a private LLC shortly before the 2016 presidential election to pay Clifford, following an alleged July 2006 sexual encounter with Trump, The Wall Street Journal reported in January.
Following initial reports last month that Cohen had made the payment, the lawyer said in a statement that Trump "vehemently denies" any encounter between the two.

coming for you, not going after you...gross.

and, no. you did not mention Clinton nor sex, but where you did fit in was as an instant apologist defender. Again. And again. (I am addicted to your writing style!)

You got lumped in with other instant apologist defenders who did mention Clinton/sex. Again.

Is it so difficult to address Trump posts with Trump posts (not just you Joe, but the 98.2% cons who reside here) and leave Clinton/Obama/Clinton deflections out of the thread? Mentioning the negatives of the two C's and the Big O don't justify or excuse Trump's behavior.

I think the goal posts for morality have never moved, unless one separates pre and post election behavior...I don't.

That said, I personally don't care about any of their sexcapades, unless the partner was (legally) violated or cover-ups ensued. More of a gauge of character, I suppose.

So if our next POTUS takes to the twitter machine, and I call him out on it, will you NOT mention Trump?

Duly noted.

Not sure where you're going with this?

Clinton was a dog. He used his elected office to bang chicks. We know this to be true. We also know he took things too far by inviting the fat intern into his oval office for some alone time during business hour. All facts. All defended by the democrats.

Now we hear about President Trump being a dog. Using his position as a rich dude to bang chicks. Even if we assume this to be true it was never on the public dime. The accusation is from before he his presidency. And the same democrats who defended Clinton are attacking President Trump.

But if this is mentioned the immediate retort is for the democrat to snort "oh boy, Clinton again".

It's not a justification for Trumps alleged actions.
It's a condemnation.
And not of Clinton.
But of those Trump-haters/Clinton-supporters who embrace hypocrisy like a binky.

The same people who get upset with the so-called "fake news" readily embraced Clinton's "I did not have sexual relations" lie. they justified it. And they accepted his response of "it depends what the definition of "is" is."

So to be clear, what Clinton did does NOT excuse Trump.
But it clarifies the partisan hypocrisy and exposes the ridiculousness from which the left mount their attacks.

With that said, it would still be pretty cool to have a beer and a smoke with Bubba.
