Don't know what brand clubs you use but would recommend for you to take a look at the Callaway pre-owned site.

http://www.callawaygolfpreowned.com

The very good condition clubs look as though they have never been played

We have a 2nd Swing about a mile away. They sell all the demo clubs for every brand as well as new. Cost to replace my Ping G15 would have been $99 but I would wind up with a used club either way.

Should have expected you would be playing Pings being in AZ.

At one time had the G2's and later on the G5's.

Both very good and much better than the golfer on the other end.

Todays: With about 100K snowbirds in town it's not only hard to get a tee time but the prices are up about 50%.

Neighborhood homeowners association won't let us pain our house with the colors we chose. Have to choose from a pallette of pre-approved colors, which is quite limited. FCKU THEM!

That's ridiculous. I couldn't imagine man. You get to do whatever you want out in the country.

Look on the bright side, at least no neighbors will be able to build a pig farm next door and the whole community gets to have the same looking house cause that is great right? Herfing

Something you should have been aware of when you bought the house, and gave up certain rights. You made the choice to live there.

We had to get permission from our HOA to install a screen door.

I have no problem with there being restrictions, just with the limited paint color choices.

I have a rant. Fxxking gym is out of towels... they'll be ready in 20 min.

But if I don't grab a towel on the way in to the pool I would literally have to walk through the gym in a dripping wet Speedo to get a towel after I swim.

So I'm stuck sitting in the lobby of this damn gym waiting for a towel so I can do my workout.

Ok I am going to rant big time. I hate when people say they will do something and then when it comes time they back out I was supposed to spend the last week in between Portland and Newport fishing and going to different events instead my brother was unable to cover for the week and it cost me almost $500 in expenses due to the fact that I had to stay in Alsea And care for my father. Thus I sent a friend on a very nice week off

Memphis TN

Don't get me wrong we do have some sunny days but here recently nope. The river has been flooding for almost a month now. Flood warning now is till Monday. I am about 30 minutes from the river and my back yard looks like a muddy pigpen. Dogs cant even go out without coming back in with mud on their undercarriage. This I can deal with but, when it is gray all the time its like living in Akron OH.
