That will be prime property when the two Koreas declare peace. Trump, being the real estate magnate/genius, prolly has it among the things that he'll put on the table during his negotiations with Little Rocket Man. He will want to develop the area and put a Trump resort and a golf course there, giving KJU and Moon lifetime membership...

It depends, is that with or without the gajillion mines?

Anyone wanting to develop the DMZ will need to convince the ecologist, since there have been so few, if any, humans in the area it has turned into is super nature preserve.
