Cookie bar covered in Guittard dark chocolate ganache under a layer of cheesecake smothered in caramel sauce topped with chunks of gooey dark chocolate brownies and finished with a Ghiradelli white chocolate ganache...

that's the long answer... the short answer is 'everything'...

Man, whoever came up with that thing had to have been high AF.

I feel like I need an insulin shot just looking at that thing, and I'm not even a diabetic.

Well you would be if you ate a slice of that thing...

and in fairness i probably wasnt (or at least didn't need to be) that high the first time i did this... after making cheesecakes dozens and dozens of times i stopped doing boring ones and try to stick to more creative ones... drives my dad insane, as he's pretty amish in his taste of cheesecake - plain with graham cracker crust... boring...

Y'all MF's need to buy a cheaper quality pot! Having to buy that kind of munchies will break the damn bank!

Hmm, I like my cheesecake a little more cheesecakey. New York style cheesecakes are my favorite. But to each their own. I have a recipe for a red velvet cake somewhere that practically calls for everything but the kitchen sink.

This thing actually lasted Saturday night and Sunday night, and we still left 1/8 of it behind... says a lot for Al's cooking... between the tri-tip and fish tacos, we didn't have much room for junk food...

.... If by "sleep" you mean furiously make sweet sweet love to the cheesecake... Then sure.

It was like a remake of American Pie in that kitchen.
