Time to start reviewing the World Cup bracket. The highlight of my life was finishing in the top 2% of the espn pool, worldwide.

Maybe I need a bigger life.

They're out competing the abalone... So they need to be culled....

I'll find out Saturday if they taste any good right now. Someone mentioned that because all the help has been eaten they don't taste very good...

Hah... Apparently my phone isn't used to kelp.

This is too far outside of the city for the urchins to be eating a full daily supply of hep...

Got a little down a couple weeks ago, so i started digging my own grave in the backyard...

got about 3 feet down and realized it was gonna be easier to just keep living, so I've turned it into a fish pond...

The whole reason behind the pond was that the 3 goldfish we got for the kids aquarium have become full blown 6-8" carp...

In addition to the carp, I've got a dozen ruby red minnows in there... bullhead minnows are the only minnow we are allowed to fish with in california, and ruby reds happen to be a strain of bullhead... hoping they like it and start making babies... if not, they'll be allowed to grow for awhile before they become bait...

Camper's packed, truck's packed, three generators got fresh oil and gasoline, fridge and 4 coolers stuffed.

Couldn't top off any of my propane tanks because they're all out of date and i don't have time to recertify so I'm bringing 6 partial tanks. Hope it's enough.

Gonna be a lot of work this weekend. I should probably hit the road soon so I can start figuring out the layout and put up signs, barriers, rape and flags.

Not sure if I'm gonna leave today or super early in the morning.

If Dan's gonna put up signs for rape, he may want to make sure he brought enough lube.

And maybe make sure he has a safe word....

Otherwise his bunghole is gonna have a rough night.

Made it up here without incident. Not much to do tonight.

Stage is already up, fences are already up, flags/tape/signs mostly up.

Not sure why they asked me to be here early Thursday morning. Spose I'll find out early tomorrow. For now, PSD4 and a gin n tonic.

It's on the radar for a Gridlife event, but it's extremely expensive and the Gridlife crew is 99% Chicago and west Michigan so gotta move crew, equipment etc not sure the logistics could work. Plus they have noise restriction and only a few permits a year to exceed. So we'd basically need the track to ask us to come

Working hard the past few days trying to get the yard ready for this Saturday's "Herf & Turf".
Have to finish up today, as Friday will be a full day of food preps.
