By the way I'm always dubious of any source I read then look for other sources. I trust no one LOL. It's not an attempt to prove otherwise or prove anyone in here wrong. It's how I was taught to digest information when ultimately forming an opinion or argument of my own. And if someone elses argument makes more sense than mine I need to adjust mine accordingly. Its a curse my dad beat in to me LOL

thats why when someone claims I've been brainwashed by the mass media and suggest they havent I roll my eyes. We all should be wary given the amount of disinformation all around us every day. Some embrace the information they want to beleive or fits their idea and summarily reject that that disagrees with them. They are dangerous people.

as my grandfather told me 50 years ago, there were signs in Boston stores and other businesses back in the early years of the 20th century "Help Wanted: Irish Need Not Apply"

ps: I haven't looked at any links posted, and my grandfather was born in Lithuania. He was teaching me a lesson that we need to care about everyone, not just our Jewish community.

I did not think you were digging at me. But you truly did get my attention and change my perspective. This went from a minor issue in my mind to this needs fixed and if it is not fixed we are in trouble.

We've been in trouble for decades.

Only now though...because it's Trump...an outsider with no political experience...do the Left show their true colors...do nothing...hate...hate...hate. The GOP has tried to pass legislation. I don't understand the game by the DNC to NOT work together. I'm at the point where I will NEVER support another democrat...EVER because of these games and do nothing.

This is a simple issue to fix. No pork...single page legislation.

No we don't. At least I don't. But why doesn't the government go after the primary suspects that are attracting all these people to our great country: the major corporations who offer employment to this undocumented labor force. These companies make a greater profit because it is a lot cheaper and easier to take advantage of a workforce that is afraid to be deported.

And the problem seems to be getting worse as the US unemployment rates go down, (thanks Trump) there are a lot of vacancies...word is out on La Calle Principal that there is mucho trabando en los Estados Unidos...
