All in all it is the Government's message. I do think their argument is weak that having to comply with regulations would put them out of business. In my mind that argument sounds like ,"If we don't cut corners then we wouldn't be successful." There is a part of me that thinks regulations in a field such as cigars would not be such a bad thing. There are a lot of shady business models out there in the industry and some of the dishonest nature of the business would be taken away. The other part of me says if they regulate it then they will go too far with it and control every aspect of the industry which is bad imo. I guess for now dealing with dishonest business practices from some is better then over regulating all of them.
