Here's a good starter kit. you can buy replacement blades for 10 - 20 dollars per 100.

I've found nothing that beats vintage Gillette double edge razors.I have two from my birth year,1961,another made in England, these are undated, but all function flawlessly.Add a 100 pack of Feather Hi-Stainless blades, bout $25 on Amazon and last me a year and a half, some Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood Shaving Cream,a brush and a mug........I'm convinced no better shave exist.

Here's a nice one ........gotta be close to your birth year. This'll probably go for $25 or less.I think the most I've ever paid was $35.

The Fat Boy's are nice but my favorites are the Super Speeds like the one linked above.

I don't have a particularly heavy beard, and since I retired 3 years ago, I only shave every 3 or 4 days.
I have cancelled my bi-monthly DSC order for blades 3 times already.

Sounds like the new Barbasol 6 blade would be cheaper than $ or Harry cause I don't shave much
