Three of the five New Mexico Compound defendants have been released from custody and have had charges dropped because the prosecutors failed to meet a "filing" deadline. The judge that released them said he had no choice, and was bound by law. He also chastised the prosecutors for putting the court in such an awkward position.

That's just stupid. There's stupidity on all sides... all sides, let me tell ya.

Hopefully New Mexico has some good vigilantes.

Why would the prosecutors miss that deadline? This seems like something they would want... Easy win...

They are only human. The accused will simply be re-charged.

I suspect they over-charged the guys, hoping to develop more evidence for which more serious charges could be brought, and failed to do so...these guys may not be terrorists but may just be what they appear to be...poor low tech guys trying to eke out an existence with more kids than they could support...

Meanwhile, they were released to house arrest and with other strict conditions including GPS monitoring, they all remained in custody because they were not able to meet the requirements. (Washington Post)

If "they" ....the released Muslims...
Go back to that LOSER "COMPOUND" OF TIRES AND RIPPED CLEAR PLASTIC...THEY MAY DIE OF...
HEAT EXPOSURE
OR RATTLESNAKE BITES...

I'M PRETTY SURE THEY THINK BEING RELEASED BACK TO THE COMPOUND IS A QUICKER DEATH SENTENCE.

First thought when I heard of their release...

1. They were funded/supported by our guberment to push their anti-gun agenda.

or

2. Prosecutors should all be fired for missing the deadline.

If prosecutors are not fired, resort to no. 1.
