You addicted to carbs and sugar? The keto diet is just eating less than 30 grams a day of carbs and sugar, and more fatty foods like avocado.

Mornin' dudes.

If ketosis taught me anything, it's that I'd rather die than go through ketosis again...

I did it for almost 2 months, I think. I dropped 11 pounds. Didn't really bother me, though when I went off and had some carbs I got a strong craving for them.

Carbs and sugar are tasty..no reason to stop eating those...

....of course I still haven't been able to drop under 220 so maybe I shouldn't be the one to listen to.

Now... Daddy wants a pizza!

low carb and low sugar diet is the basis for the diabetic's diet. Think the recommended limit is between 60-75 grams a day, plus you have to exercise and do physical activities. I do get cravings for stuff that I usually avoid: breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, noodles, chips and other crunchy salty snacks, cookies, pies and other baked goodies, french fries, alcoholic beverages, pizza...just to name a few of my favorite things...

I've got really weird metabolism... I could probably drop 11 lbs in a couple weeks without doing much... I already don't eat breakfast... Skipping lunch isn't much of a chore...

Beer shortage in Oklahoma... We're going 'in excess of 3.2' Oct 1st and all the retailers have liquidated their stock... Had to go to the liquor store and buy warm beers... Luckily I have lots of cold beers in da fridge but not enough to last till the 1st.. Beer

I think someone threw away a dying smoke alarm... Trash cans are in the alley behind the house and every 30 seconds there's a loud double beep...

Why are hospitals so cold?

Vegetables last longer when kept in the fridge.

Ahh...Happy Friday, folks.

I was just thinking this morning about turning 36 next week and it made me cringe. I will be an adult for as long as I was a child...ugh. Although, most would say I am still a child...ha.

Same reason jails are cold... if they kept them warm it would be like a petri dish. Bacteria doesn't like the cold.
