this is beyond belief!

Three towns, mostly, north of Boston. Over 60 homes have caught on fire.

Over pressurized(?) gas lines from Columbia gas.

It's the only thing the local news is covering.

gas and electricity (concerns about sparks) has been shut off in entire towns up there.

One town has reported extinguishing 34 house fires already.

What could cause this? Intentional? Reports arent saying much...

Lawrence (one of the poorer cities anywhere), Andover and North Andover are the towns.

over-pressurized gas pipes is all they are saying...so far.
seems to be factual, Columbia is currently replacing over 700 miles of gas lines.

This is horrible... Did people get a heads up before the explosions or is this a mass casualty situation?

not sure, but I think this came without warning.
Town of Andover has reportedly extinguished all fires.

That really sucks. The impacted people will probably get a pretty good settlement though.

Puppy dogs probably won't get a settlement, it'll be on their pack leaders to share.

for sure.
but when over 60 homes explode in flames, it's amazingly low.

some guy went running into homes to get people out and found fires in their basements.
