OhMyGod

I just read that you are 3 times more likely to be killed by a vending machine

than you are to win the lottery!

Ya know... I used those exact statistics to dissuade my wife from the lotto. She still made me waste $2.

A winning ticket was supposedly sold in South Carolina, no worries, it wasn't me, I didn't buy one.

I do appreciate the lotto however, allowing a lottery in place of the poker machines that used to infest every gas station and quick market was almost worth letting the state go into the gambling business.

I heard on the TV this morning that your chances of winning the Mega Millions lottery are 117 QUADRILLION to 1.
That's 117,000,000,000,000,000 to 1.

Neither did I...But the mini mart is about 10 minutes from the house and I've been known to stop there for gas on the way to or from golf.

I should have read this last week....clearly, the solution would have been to buy four lottery tickets.....to keep the vending machines at bay, at least
