Is it just me? Sometimes i will bid on some sticks I really want. It will get close to closing the auction and then POW the price will jump about $5.00 more. Is it just me? CB wouldn't have monitors watching certain items and then jack the price up would they?

No, IBTL. Poor form to use a free forum to trash the provider of the forum. The most logical answer is other bidders are sniping at the last minute.

Nope.... A fat girl had farted and it messed up the space time continuum. This made all the bids jump up exactly 5 bucks on ending auctions at that time. This took place on Cbid only. Sarcasm

No, I don't think CBid is "rigging the game." They have established ways to avoid selling for prices they feel are too low (floors for "Specials," Free Fall floor limits, etc.). If they want to protect themselves on the low end, they can do it.

CBid is absolutely the best way to buy cigars if, like me, you are not extremely brand loyal. There are just so many good cigars available at prices that can't be equaled elsewhere. Love it.
