Being :

"JAP" have been recalled because they offended a Japanese american in Kansas.

This story makes a whole lot more sense now....

Read that the offended party was in California when a KS JAP car, on a trip, drove by ....in Culver City, CALIFORNIA!

Wasn't news until a Barbara Johnson in Kansas learned about the poor Californian's complaint
