On a serious note, I'm looking for a used toy. It's an Alphabert and Sproket made by Vtech.

As many of you know I have a daughter with special needs. Every year when it gets close to her birthday 12/14 she starts shopping online for things for her birthday and Christmas. We've always been able to find what she want's on Ebay or some other shopping forum. But, not this year. Nobody seems to be selling this in the secondary market.

If you have one packed away or know of someone who may, I'd be interested in trading for some wallet candelas.

Hmmm... Alphabert and sprocket or Alphabert and Chip? I think you're not finding it because it's a UK toy...

What did I do? My son brings things up that my boss did for him or told him years ago. Also I hear "this is the best day ever!" All the time. Lol Nurse Dawn is laughing at me because I read that to her and knows it's the truth.

Good find... That second link is the right one... Just stumbled across that on eBay as well... Sent Anthony the link... He's going to have to talk to the seller to work out expedited shipping most likely since its coming from across the pond...

That toy was never offered for sale in the states and when I spoke with vtech Canada they said it's been so long since that toy's been made they don't even have the paperwork on it anymore...

She woke me up about 15 minutes ago. She got in the bed, hugged me and told me she loved me. We’re watching the Lion King now.

The Craigslist thing is not feeling legit to me... I've got a few things I'm gonna try... In the interim, how are your fb skills Ewok? I need to start contacting autism support groups in the UK with this request... I'm sure someone will help, but it's a lot of leg work joining each of the groups and then posting messages...

All right, I have joined every group that was listed for Europe, London, UK. It seems a great deal of them will not let me sign up unless you live in the UK the bastids. I have also posted to all that have accepted my application. Still waiting on approval for 15 or so.

So far no luck but, today off of one of the special needs Facebook sights, A lady told me of a place that deals in nothing but hard to find items for special wants for special needs. She said they have a good record of finding things. I signed up for it early this AM and was approved around noonish. I had posted what we are in search of with a photo to boot. So now it s just a waiting game I guess. I have still a bunch of places where I have not gotten a response yet but I still have my hopes up.
