Saw that it opened last week or 2 weeks ago?

In Lititz, PA... a sleepy & quaint little town nestled above the Lancaster, PA Airport. Home to Wilbur Chocolate (recently moved), Listerine factory, some other chocolate producer?....

And Claire Brothers Audio...

First...they built a massive "sound proof"
CUBE that looks like an N.S.A. facility
that mysteriously...LEAKED SOUND...
IMAGINE that...a sound proof bldg. With concert hall & stadium practice space...
That leaked sound...

Minor community bitching and the problems were eventually solved after bldg. adjustments and who knows what??$$$$....

Then the ROCK LITITZ HOTEL AND
POD2 BUILT...saw website and WONDERED ???
WHERE THE F*K DID ALL THIS MONEY COME FROM? Still very curious about THAT...

Insinuation by proxy that you can go buy a beer and sit next to AXEL ROSE at the bar ...sounds like BUNK to me...my guess is that Rock Stars have their own
"secret bar" in the basement with "handlers" that recruit hot local gash to a private elevator somewhere? to go down and meet the band? Or they have their own groupies in tow already...

POD2 has a massive rock climbing wall, art gallery, bar?, shop?, and about 2 dozen individual music & travel production related businesses...

Just can't fathom Think the means to fund such a massive project ???

How far above the airport ? Does it interfere with take offs and landings ?

The square of Lititz is approx. 2-2.5? Miles from the runway...

Beers are $6-7.50 craft and Miller Lite $3.75 pint
Food is ALL NORTH OF $14 SMACKERS...
TOPPING OUT IN THE $40'S @ DA' PER DIEM BAR
AND RESTUARAUNT...VERY COOL, VERY NEW,
& VERY INTRIUGING ...
