If you really believe this, then you really don't understand what it is about the content of the orange moron's words that is actually racist.

It's an amazing study in psychology. Trump says racist sh#t while saying he wants to build an idiotic wall.
People point out the racist sh#t our idiot president says, and say he doesn't get a multi-billion dollar wall.

Yet the people who support him, seem to think his words are identical to other politicians who say, in a manner which doesn't in any way denigrate any race, that they want to reduce illegal immigration.

None of what schumer said would be considered racist in today's climate. You either didn't bother listening to his speech, or you don't understand what it is about trump's (and others) words that are racist.

Wow, more proof of the double face of the democrat party, not that the republicans are innocent either. He is speaking more BS to calm citizens while the parliament of whores continues to do nothing substantial. If someone refused to believe you that an AR-15 isn't a machine gun, despite there being ample evidence out there and in discussions you've had with them that it isn't... Would you bother rehashing it? Especially since that's not even the primary topic.

If we can't agree on the basic facts, there's no reason to discuss the nuances which you tried to claim.

There is an active refusal to understand the common definition. The claim that any desire for immigration reform would be identified as "racist" by the left indicates they either aren't able to, or don't want to, understand what racism is.

Don't dare tell me I do not know what racism is. My youngest daughter married a black man and we have bi-racial grandchildren. Our grandchildren, my daughter and my wife and I have had to personally deal with racism for years. Racism from white liberals in NJ who would not accept our "black" grandchildren and shunned my daughter for marrying a black man. Racism from my son in law's family who wouldn't accept our "white" grandchildren. Racism from northern black females who hated my daughter for daring to marry one of "theirs". So don't tell me I don't understand racism.

The ironic thing is that since our daughter moved from leftist NJ to rural "racist" NC, racism from neighbors, teachers and the kids they go to school with is non-existence. Strange that "racist" southerners accept and love my daughter and our bi-racial grandchildren. Our grandchildren are now in accelerated advanced classes, have a bunch of white, black and Hispanic friends, and our grandson was even elected class president.

You want to call Trump a racist? You're entitled to your opinion. He has made many moronic statements, and have put his foot in his mouth many times, but from my personal experience with real racism, I don't see him as a racist.

Exactly why skepticism and critical thinking are so important.

I'm not a fan of Trump as a human being, but I like what he is getting done. I suppose there is a parallel with democrats that supported Clinton in spite of his criminal sexuality and abuse of women. At least Trump's fornication partners were willing professionals and well compensated.

at UCLA, back in the day, Chomsky was thought to be an extreme left intellectual, one who may've influenced Nixon's decision to open up to China, which fellow cons at the time widely criticized...

Dave, if you truly understand racism, then you wouldn't have claimed that Schumer's statements would be considered racist by "the lefts standards of today". You would have listened to his speech and realized that nothing he said would be considered racist by anyone. He made careful and considered statements, didn't claim that the Mexicans were rapists... Didn't even use any dog whistles to "wink wink nudge nudge" the white supremacists.

I don't give a rats azz who your daughter married. That doesn't change what Schumer said...

As for the OP, no I didn't watch it. I figured I didn't need to, as by your own words the one you posted was "even more ironic". If the one you posted doesn't pass muster, why would I watch one which you yourself have identified as less "ironic"?

I'm not defending China...but the US is always better off with relations, at least detente, with all the biggest players on the world stage...

and our exchange with China has not been a one-way street into Beijing...they've financed a large amount of US growth over the last few decades and, before then, helped to pressure the USSR into oblivion...

Considering the logic path that Trump is a raciest, there are black and hispanic homeless people, so someone that hates them would be a raciest and someone that would attack a homeless person would be a violent raciest guilty of a hate crime.
