People love to complain about crappy service, but I had a good experience here yesterday. A bit of a long hold time but the customer service was great -- friendly and fixed my issue right away.

Never had a problem with CigarBid or CI service. They're always nice and helpful. They'll also bullschitt with you for awhile sometimes, which is cool. One of my buddies was talking hunting guns and knives with a like-minded CI phone rep for around 20 minutes after getting his issue resolved.

Pretty nice, you just don't see that with other companies these days, because they're all "metric-ed to death" with every last thing timed to the second and they get yelled at for the slightest wastes of time. Not CI apparently. Very refreshing.

THAT is what keeps customers coming back, and they're one of the few companies to understand and embrace that fact.
