Horrible night at work last night.

I don't think any of us ever had a minute to rest and catch up on paperwork and stuff.

I just finished all my charting from home. Sposeda stay over and finish at work, but I wanted OUT of there.

Two more nights to go. Both with progressively less staff...

A little snow and ice for a morning greeting. Got some more clocks to change and I got an hour less of sleep last night.

So.... Met some neighbors yesterday.

They seem friendly enough... And seem to have all their teeth (but I haven't done my usual full inspection yet... I'll wait until I have a chance to slip them some ketamine first)
One neighbor from a block or so over even drives a Tesla....

I don't even want to drive a Tesla....

Lots of the neighbors have dogs... So that's good for the woman.
Only one of the neighbors has a child... So that's good for me.

You sure it's not a pinto with Tesla written on the side in crayon? or maybe just the shell of a tesla but it's internally powered by chitlins?

That seems more likely.

I'm pretty sure chitlins are more accessible here than electricity....

Sold the '41 Ford truck. The Corvette I like the best is in Lyndood WA. Anybody in that area near Seattle that could go look at it for me? If not, I'm prolly flying up soon for an inspection and test drive.

Mecum auction in Phx this next weekend but I hate buying at auction since you don't get to do a full inspection and pay auction premiums.

One of the worst officiated games of the year. The good news was, the chit calls where almost evenly distributed. Having Chelsea draw and spurs lose make it a good weekend. United played better overall. More connected, just couldn't get it across the line.

I quite literally lol’d. Second half was all Arsenal. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Ole’s made a huge difference, so I’m not complaining.

Working... not at 100%, but maybe 70%.

It's okay... I'm half-assing everything, so 70% is enough.

Dude got stabbed 20-30 times on dayshift today. He's in ICU for the foreseeable future.

We have one of those right now. And another stabbing but not an inmate.

Brought home some stuff to operate on the dog. She's had a growing lump on her back for several months. Didn't seem to bother her if I touched it, but it continued to slowly grow. Yesterday I noticed the fur clumping over the spot (longhair shepherd/husky mutt - can't get through that fur) I cut the fur off and there was an abscess just starting to breach the skin. So this morning I lanced and drained it as best I could, but it's gonna need a full I&D and packing and I can't do doggy anesthesia.

Turns out my grandson who works for Boeing in Everett is only 20 miles away. The kid will be doing an inspection for me sometime this week.

Thanks Opi for the offer to help.ThumpUp

She's got 3 that I can find. Two small ones and the monster I lanced this morning. She picks up LOTS of ticks, I assume it's from an infected tick bite.

Making an appointment for the doggy doc to cut em open and pack em proper. Gonna have to pick up some extra shifts for this one I'm sure.
